Our Story

Meet Our Owner
Anthony Purviance, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN – Owner, Peak Physical Therapy

Anthony Purviance brings a decade of clinical and leadership experience to Peak Physical Therapy. After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Anthony pursued board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and advanced training in dry needling (Cert. DN). He began his career at Strive Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, where he quickly progressed into the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations, overseeing the operations of five clinics. His leadership focused on improving clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team development through structured mentorship and ongoing education.
Montana holds a special place in Anthony’s heart. He spent his childhood summers with family in the Bitterroot Valley and later earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana. Returning to Montana to lead Peak Physical Therapy is both a professional milestone and a homecoming.
Anthony is passionate about fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment where clinicians thrive and patients achieve their goals. He is committed to building on Peak’s strong foundation and working with the team here to grow the clinic’s reputation for exceptional care, clinical quality, and strong community ties.
Outside the clinic, Anthony enjoys exploring Montana’s great outdoors with his wife Courtney (also a physical therapist and co-owner of Peak, and a University of Montana alum) and their two young sons, Theo and Owen.

Tyler Olson

PT, DPT

Meet Tyler Olson! Tyler grew up in Bozeman, Montana where she attended Montana State and got her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance. She then went on to the University of Montana where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During her time there she performed research related to ACL rehab and bone stress injury prevention, feeding into her love for treating lower extremity injuries.

In her free time, Tyler likes to hike, float the river, golf, and play various games with friends such as pickleball and basketball. You can most likely find her at your local coffee shop indulging in some sweet iced coffee drink. Tyler has a passion for getting people back to doing the things that they love to do, and helping them on their journey to recovery.
