Meet Our Owner
Anthony Purviance, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN – Owner, Peak Physical Therapy

Anthony Purviance brings a decade of clinical and leadership experience to Peak Physical Therapy. After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Anthony pursued board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and advanced training in dry needling (Cert. DN). He began his career at Strive Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, where he quickly progressed into the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations, overseeing the operations of five clinics. His leadership focused on improving clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team development through structured mentorship and ongoing education.
Montana holds a special place in Anthony’s heart. He spent his childhood summers with family in the Bitterroot Valley and later earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana. Returning to Montana to lead Peak Physical Therapy is both a professional milestone and a homecoming.
Anthony is passionate about fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment where clinicians thrive and patients achieve their goals. He is committed to building on Peak’s strong foundation and working with the team here to grow the clinic’s reputation for exceptional care, clinical quality, and strong community ties.
Outside the clinic, Anthony enjoys exploring Montana’s great outdoors with his wife Courtney (also a physical therapist and co-owner of Peak, and a University of Montana alum) and their two young sons, Theo and Owen.

Anthony Purviance

Anthony Purviance brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience to Peak Physical Therapy. After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, he pursued board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and advanced training in dry needling (Cert. DN). Montana has always held a special place in Anthony’s heart. He spent summers in the Bitterroot Valley as a child and earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana. Now back in Montana, he’s excited to lead Peak Physical Therapy alongside his wife Courtney—also a physical therapist, UM alum, and co-owner—and their two sons, Theo and Owen. Anthony is passionate about creating a patient-centered environment where clinicians thrive and is dedicated to strengthening Peak’s reputation for outstanding care and community connection.

Courtney Purviance

Courtney is a compassionate physical therapist who specializes in helping individuals recover from neurological conditions and rebuild their independence. Originally from Montana, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montana State University–Billings and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana.

 

Following graduation, Courtney gained extensive experience at a Neuro and Trauma Recovery Center as well as in community integration settings. She is passionate about working with individuals post stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, amputation, and other balance and neurological disorders. Courtney is board-certified in Neurologic Physical Therapy (NCS), a Parkinson’s PWR! Certified Therapist, and holds additional certifications in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation.

 

Several years ago, Courtney expanded her role into education and currently serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado, where she enjoys mentoring future physical therapists and sharing her expertise in neurologic rehabilitation.

 

Courtney believes that healing begins with connection. She takes time to understand each patient’s story, providing personalized care that blends evidence-based techniques with empathy and encouragement. Her goal is to help every person she works with move better, feel stronger, and live life more fully.

 

Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys spending time doing anything and everything outdoors with her spouse and sons.

Tyler Olson

Meet Tyler Olson! Tyler grew up in Bozeman, Montana where she attended Montana State and got her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance. She then went on to the University of Montana where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During her time there she performed research related to ACL rehab and bone stress injury prevention, feeding into her love for treating lower extremity injuries.

In her free time, Tyler likes to hike, float the river, golf, and play various games with friends such as pickleball and basketball. You can most likely find her at your local coffee shop indulging in some sweet iced coffee drink. Tyler has a passion for getting people back to doing the things that they love to do, and helping them on their journey to recovery.

Lainey Hodgkiss

Lainey Hodgskiss received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Leadership from Austin Peay State University in her hometown of Clarksville, Tennessee. She went on to complete her doctoral education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Here, she invested in additional research toward injury prevention for middle-aged athletes as well as care for the postpartum population. 

She loves to see a wide variety of injuries and diagnoses, and continues to broaden her skillset to best serve each patient with the most recent, evidence based research to optimize recovery. She has pursued additional education and received certifications in Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor treatment through Herman and Wallace, INC. 

When she’s not at the clinic, Lainey loves spending time outside with her husband, a Montana native, and their dog. Whether running, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, biking, jumping into a pickleball game, or a simple walk around the farmer’s market, she loves being on the move. She can’t wait to help you get intentionally moving and back to participating in your favorite activities!

Olga Mogen

Olga Mogen grew up in Livingston, Montana. She attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019. She then continued her education at Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023.

Olga’s approach to physical therapy focuses on functional movement and long-term wellness. She is committed to ensuring that every patient—whether recovering from an injury or looking to improve daily performance—receives the individualized attention and specialized care they deserve. She believes that movement is medicine and strives to empower patients with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve their physical peaks.

In her free time, Olga enjoys exploring new places and taking scenic drives that often leave her car covered in dust. She shares many of her adventures with her furry companion, ColbyJack, who makes an excellent adventure buddy.

Thomas Brady

Thomas Brady grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, and attended college at Weber State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Technology. He then served six years in the United States Coast Guard in both maritime and aviation roles. He then worked as an aircraft mechanic and then fleet mechanic before earning his doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Montana. His practice experience so far has focused on orthopedics, treating patients with chronic pain and acute injuries alike, while also gaining significant experience leading patients through the recovery from joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, and a variety of foot and ankle surgeries.

In his free time Thomas enjoys mountain biking, trail running, weight training, shooting, hunting, and camping. He also has a 10-year background in CrossFit during which time he earned his Level 1 CF trainer, weightlifting trainer, and gymnastics trainer qualifications while coaching group classes and competing.

Ryan MacNeill

Born and raised in Helena, Dr. Ryan MacNeill is passionate about helping active people move well and stay durable for the long haul. His experience includes treating athletes from the NFL, WNBA, WWE, Division I Athletics, Cirque du Soleil performers, firefighters, and everyday athletes looking to perform their best.

 

When he is not in the clinic , Ryan can usually be found running trails, strength training, fly fishing Montana riders, bird hunting with his black lab Stella, or rewatching The Lord of the Rings for the hundredth time.

 

Ryan received his B.S. in Exercise Science at the University of Montana is 2017 and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Colorado University: Anschutz Medical Campus in 2020.

Taylor was raised in Helena from the age of three, attended Capital High School class of 2020. She got her associates degree from North Idaho College in generals, but focusing on psychology. Now she is focusing on both the nursing field or radiologic technology. Her goal is to stay in the field of medicine, so she can always bring help to anyone who needs it, big or small. 
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending as much time on the water, if the weather permits it, she’s an avid hiker, and enjoys hunting. Taylor just enjoys being up in the mountains as much as possible with her two dogs; Bella and Charlie.

Kasandra Ward is a dedicated Receptionist and healthcare professional with 19 years of experience supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams. Her extensive background in assisted living, home health, and hospice care has given her a strong foundation in compassionate service, effective communication, and patient-centered support. She specializes in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment for those she serves. 
Throughout her career, Kasandra has earned a reputation for being dependable, compassionate, and adaptable. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in improving the lives of patients and their families through quality care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Her ability to connect with people and provide exceptional support has made her a valued member of every organization she has worked with. 

Outside of work, Kasandra enjoys spending time with her family, creating diamond art, supporting her son’s school activities, and relaxing at the family cabin on Georgetown Lake. She brings the same dedication, creativity, and balance to her personal life that she demonstrates in her professional career every day.
