Our Story

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab’s story began in 2016 when founder and CEO, Dr. Jennell Day, decided to return to Helena, Montana, where she was born and raised. She wanted to give back to her community by opening a physical therapy clinic that not only provided excellent service but was also a great place to work.

Jennell opened Peak as a single provider, but the clinic grew rapidly due to the excellent team she hired. Peak is now a renowned practice in the Helena community with a top-notch team and work culture. The team enjoys working together every day to deliver the best in patient care and service and is thankful to work with such an amazing community.
